Brianne M. Connell

 

Biography

Brianne received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois Wesleyan University where she majored in Political Science and minored in both Sociology and Philosophy.    She graduated early from the Indiana University School of Law and has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since May of 2006.  Brianne is also licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois and the US Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Illinois. 



While in law school, Brianne donated over 100 pro bono hours serving as a Supreme Court Rule 711 attorney at the Chancery Division Help Desk for the Circuit Court of Cook County.  Brianne also received the Distinguished Service Award in 2007 from Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation for her pro bono efforts.  She has been an active member of the Illinois Association of Defense Counsel (IDC).


Brianne focuses her practice in the areas of insurance coverage and defense, corporate transactions, personal and commercial civil litigation and collections.
